By signing up and using Quiqlinqs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Definitions

  • “Platform” refers to Quiqlinqs, its website, tools, and dashboards.

  • “Partner” refers to any individual who signs up to use Quiqlinqs to earn affiliate commissions.

  • “Retailers” refers to third-party businesses whose products are recommended through affiliate links.

  • “Affiliate Programs” means official tracking systems that track clicks and purchases and pay commissions.

2. Eligibility

To use Quiqlinqs, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate and complete information during signup

  • Agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Affiliate Disclaimer

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for suspected misuse or breach of these Terms.

3. How the Platform Works

  • Quiqlinqs allows you (the Partner) to earn commission by sharing affiliate links or QR codes connected to a personal storefront.

  • We work with official affiliate networks to track purchases and generate commissions.

  • You can recommend products available through our system or manually search for affiliate products if tools are provided.

4. Commission & Payment Terms

  • You earn 50% of the net commission received by Quiqlinqs for purchases made through your links or QR code.

  • Commission amounts vary depending on the retailer, product, and affiliate program.

  • Commissions are not guaranteed — they depend on retailer approval, completed transactions, and successful tracking.

  • Payments are processed monthly, once the retailer has paid Quiqlinqs and your balance exceeds the minimum payout threshold (e.g., £10).

  • Payment methods include PayPal or bank transfer. Transaction fees (if applicable) may be deducted.

5. Partner Responsibilities

As a Partner, you agree to:

  • Only promote products in a truthful and non-misleading way

  • Not use your links for fraudulent or manipulative purposes (e.g., spamming, cookie stuffing, misleading claims)

  • Disclose that your links may earn you commission, as required by law

  • Follow any additional terms set by the affiliate networks or retailers

6. Use of the Platform

You may not:

  • Use Quiqlinqs for unlawful or abusive activities

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform

  • Impersonate another individual or business

  • Violate any applicable laws or affiliate program rules

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, technology, and materials on Quiqlinqs are the property of Quiqlinqs or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the platform without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Quiqlinqs provides access to affiliate tools on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee any specific income or commission outcome.

We are not responsible for:

  • Retailers rejecting commissions

  • Technical tracking errors

  • Late or missing payments from affiliate programs

  • Any business losses or damages incurred by Partners

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or if we believe your behaviour may harm the platform or its users.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, the revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of the changes.
